With a master's degree in law, Bauduin Auquier has devoted his career to people management. He was HR Director at Delhaize Belgium, STIB, Mestdagh a.i. and Paradigm. There, he led transformation projects and managed social dialogue in complex environments. For the past ten years, he has been working as a consultant, supporting companies in transformations (RTBF) or the development of social relations (Engie) and providing HR mentoring for CEOs and C-level executives. He teaches human resources at UCLouvain. Collaborative management and a culture of dialogue are at the heart of his professional and academic activities. He is a certified mediator in civil, commercial, and social matters.

Michel Looyens (LL.M., New York University) started his career as an academic (Institute International Trade Law, KU Leuven) and attorney (Linklaters) before joining multinational companies (Caterpillar, Coca-Cola), where he held international executive legal, labour relations and corporate strategy/business transformation positions. During his career, he coordinated numerous transformation and integration programs of strategic importance at European level. Michel also served 18 years as consulary judge at the Commercial Court of Antwerp. Michel is accredited mediator in social, civil & commercial, governmental and family matters and practice lecturer for negotiation and mediation at KU Leuven and for conflict management at New Deal Academy. He has an good knowledge of the FMCG, retail and service industry sectors.

Bernard Escoyez started his career as lawyer in private practice and as in-house lawyer before holding HR and legal positions at executive level in Belgium, The Netherlands and Great Britain, geographies where he piloted numerous transformation projects. He serves as President of HR Rail and chairs the railroads' parity commission. He is a transformation and labor relations consultant since 2016, and accredited mediator in social, commercial, and civil matters. He has worked with numerous companies, notably in the food, energy, media, distribution and pharmaceutical industries. Bernard has, in the past years, provided services for organizations like Engie, Novartis, Cosucra, AB Inbev, UCLouvain, ULB, Barry Callebaut, Ikea, EVS, D’Ieteren, Securex, Mestdagh or 3B Fibreglass. He has taught labor relations management at EPM.

With a degree in international management and taxation, Elisabeth Jonlet began her career in auditing and financial analysis before contributing to numerous transformation projects in various roles, in financial, strategic and human resources areas. She now supports individuals and management and field teams in organisational and individual transformations. Depending on the needs identified, Elisabeth provides consultancy, training, intervision, coaching, recruitment or mediation (in social matters). She is accredited by the Federal Mediation Commission. She enthusiastically works with well-known organisations such as Ahold-Delhaize, Sibelga, Takeda, IFAPME, D'Ieteren, as well as other private, public and non-profit organisations in a wide variety of sectors.

Christian Bouchat has devoted more than 35 years to social dialogue and supporting organisations, mainly in the hospitality and food sectors.
As Regional Secretary of the FGTB Horval Brussels, he has been involved in numerous restructurings, collective tensions and complex sectoral negotiations.
He has developed recognised expertise in applied social law, drawing on his extensive experience in the field and demanding legal practice.
His career has been enriched by more than thirty years as a social judge and then as a social adviser at the Brussels Labour Court, giving him an independent and structured view of industrial relations.
Christian is also a visiting professor at the Haute École Francisco Ferrer, where he teaches the mechanisms of social dialogue in Belgium.
Christian is regularly called upon to collaborate on mediations, trainings and change management projects in companies.
Committed to collective and civic initiatives, he also contributes to the development of a cohousing community based on collective intelligence and shared governance.
His human, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach is fully in line with YEON's philosophy, where a detailed understanding of social dynamics is used to promote constructive and sustainable dialogue.
